SB Live Platinum5.1 Live Drive problem.

My Live Drive won't work, no sound from the headphone jack. The rear panel works though. Is this a driver prob or a defective part?

I don't think you've got a defective part. Did you plug the ribbon cable into the connector that's at the back on the right side (when looking from the front)? Also, don't forget about the power connector. I think this has happened to me b4, but that was when I was using the AUX input on the card for my AIW Pro. Don't think its a driver issue either, BTW. I would check the settings, etc.
