SB Live! Platinum Help...

Alrighty...I need some help. I've had my live drive on my SBLive Plat disconnected for a while, and I wanted to watch a DVD ...w/my DTT2500, but I can't seem to get the SP/DIF out on the live drive working again. And...I can't find my manual. Can someone a.) tell me how to hook it up...and b.) tell me if you think I have a problem.

Crap...I completely forgot about checking to see if the live drive is even being recongnized. Can someone tell me what it registers as in hardware profiles, or where I can find if it is being regonized...?

The Live Drive doesn't show up in hardware profiles but you might take a look in the surround mixer and make sure that it's turned on and not muted.

Double click on the wav icon on your taskbar, and check to see that the SPDIF-In/Auxiliary Balance is not muted.

What does that do...? Muting is not the problem...

When I try to play a dvd, I don't even get the dolby digital light on my dtt2500 amp...the signal isn't being passed. I'm pretty sure that it's a hardware prob, but I'd like to know how to figure what the problem is.
