SB live Optical Out Only?

Hello again. Ok so I've kinda set my sights on a SB Live 5.1 Card. But I was reading up on it, and the review of the platinum i was reading hinted at the fact that the card only has an analog SPDIF connecter thingie on the back, and the only optical out was on the live drive. Is this info correct? I was kind of hoping that I could connect my Minisystem through the optical port on both the soundcard and the minisystem since my minisystem has a MiniDisc mode which is just basically Optical In. If Im right, and there is no optical out on the card itself, is there any card WITH an optical on it?
 
I'm pretty sure no SB live card has an optical output on the card itself. If you abosolutely must get an optical out, you can either get a SB live and use the live drive, or get an Aureal Vortex superquad (not to be mistaken with the SQ2500 which has coxial instead of optical) for about $30 from Multiwave.
