I ordered one of these with a $25 off coupon from Staples.com. The order was forwarded to a nearby store. I was told delivery in 2 days. After a week, I called CSR who called the store. Seems that store doesn't carry that product so decided to ignore my order. After CSR called, they said they would forward the order to another store and ship it UPS. Another week and still nothing.

If it's been said once, it's been said a thousand times: "Staples s****!"

Where did you find the Live+5.1 on Staples.com anandfan? I've searched a few times and the only Live's I can find are without 5.1. Any pointer would be appreciated.

Yeah, Staples stink, they can't fulfill any of their claim or order.
I wonder how many PM deal got fulfill by Staples.
I PM and order a Canon S10 battery kit and never came and no news whatsoever from staples.
I call them up 2 weeks later and they said it was delivered and when I said I never receive it they credit my cc without checking (I think because they know they never shipped it in the first place).
Anyway, be careful when dealing with Staples.

Mats122, there are no Live 5.1's looking under "mp3". All the have is the older X-gamer version.

Sorry, looks like they all gone. The website doesn't show any MP3 cards anymore.
They only have the Xgamer (old version).
The B&M has the MP3 5.1 for $99.90 but can not use coupons.

Being one of the few that could care less about the new 5.1 features, $79.98 - $25 Cupon (@ a certain site)= $54.98 with free shipping, looks quite tempting. For old version X-Gamer.

My Staples had this card on sale for $79. It was regularly priced at $99. Maybe it is the older version, I did not look close.
