I've just gotten an SB Live Value and installed it in my machine. I'm running Windows XP Professional and have the latest Creative Labs drivers for XP (I believe they're 11/11). The problem I'm having is that when I open up AudioHQ and click on the Speaker icon, I get the "send an error report to ms" window. The other control panels all seem to work fine, and the card itself is working great. Is this a known problem? Here's the rest of my system configuration:

Duron 950
Epox EP-8KTA+ (with latest bios and VIA 4.36a 4in1s installed)
512mb
ATI Radeon VE
Intel PRO/100+ NIC
etc...

I had the same problem HatBoy after running an XP upgrade to my WinME system and even applying the latest SB drivers from Creative's website didn't improve my problems. Only after I ran into some other non-sound system errors and had to do a clean install and used the latest 11/11 drivers did the problem go away. Maybe remove all the SB software, search the registry for any entries (backup registry first), and remove any left over INF files. Then install the latest drivers???
