sb emulation keeps coming back when i remove it

everytime i reboot, it comes up and installs automattically, i dont want it on... how do i perminatly get rid of it?

does that to me too but it's conflicting with itself for some weird reason.

Go to Creative Miscellaneous Devices in Device Manager, click on Creative SB16 Emulation/Properties and check to Disable in this Hardware Profile

Go to start/run and run sysedit to check autoexec.bat ect for reference lines and rem them out if present.

Try going into Device Manger, diasable it and save that as your hardware configuration.

Device Manager->SB16 Emulation Properties->UNCHECK "Exists in all hardware profiles"
