SB build...GTX 570 or 580?

I am closing in on my 2500k Sandy Bridge rig...

To make this a 2/12 to 3 year rig, should I go 570 or 580?

TO MY EYE, not benchmark scores, how much diff will I see?

Brief Specs:

2500K CPU...
UD4 Board...
4GB Ram DDR 3 1300 - Mushkin
750w PSU...
 
I think I'm going to go with a pair of 560s -- I'm thinking that they should be available and reviewed by the time I start building.
 
I'd wait for the 560 release. 560 SLI will likely be around the same price as a 580 - give or take a few bucks - and give way better performance. If you're looking for 3 years use, SLI action is probably what you want.

I waited a month for SB (from when I was ready to upgrade)...LMAO!
 
^From his other thread it seems like he's running at 1080p, so he wouldn't really need to overclock it.
