SB Audigy Platinum and Windows XP problem

Anyone able to get RemoteCenter working under WinXP? I'm using the drivers installed off the cd, with the driver update downloaded from the www.soundblaster.com site, but when I go into RemoteCenter, it tells me it's unable to detect any remote control receiver.
