I just bought an Antec PLUS660 with the front firewire and usb ports and I am going to be putting a SB Audigy in there (non-platinum)..

My question is, can I hook the front firewire ports up to the audigy since it does have internal connectors which are used for the internal breakout box? I was wondering if I could rig a cable to hook to some of the internal pins so I can use firewire devices without having to install a seperate firewire card (and since most motherboards don't have built in firewire)?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

[EDIT]: Nevermind, I just decided to take my sound card out and take a look and there is a standard internal firewire port on the card.. Dummy me... So I guess I can hook up the front firewire port to my audigy once I get my case in :)

do you have connector there or just a place for it? if it there, you can freely use it, if not buy a connector, solder it in.

My real question is, does anyone know how to do it? Anyone have the pinout? I would think anyone with an Audigy Platinum could tell me.. Anyone?
