Read. President of the company not the US.

Does it say that on the tag when the french get it. Besides that just sounds like a cover story to me.

Since when do Seamstresses and employees, get to have a direct and efficacious vote to elect the President that they work for?

Yeppers. The comment made by Tom Bihn sounds like a "cover story."

Did you read the fvcking article? The washing instructions are in french. Why? Because they may be exported to france or to other countries that speak french. I didn't say the French made the tag. All I was saying is the "president of the company" story seems a little fishy. If you bought the bag and could read French who would you assume they were talking about?

"The Tom Bihn Web site claims the message was "an inside joke among seamstresses and staff" at the company's factory, and that it was "intended to poke fun at company's founder and president."

Tom Bihn, the President of Tom Bihn, Inc., issued the following statement:

"I am terribly sorry that this inside joke has been misconstrued to be a slur on any other president. The joke is on me, and I think it's funny."

Poor guy. Not only does he have to put up with stupid workers but he has to make himself look like an idiot to cover for them. Sucks to be him.
