Yep, his face. It's a wacky 3d-model-from-2d-ultrasound-slices thing, so things can get super distorted if there's something casting a "shadow".

A boy - got a girl already so we're calling it quits after this one.

And yeah, space is at a SERIOUS premium. 10 pounds in an 8 pound sack, so to speak.

What a sweet little chubby face. :heart: My son weighed about that much at 37 weeks. I'm glad he was born at 38 weeks, because they gain about a half pound a week at that point. Had he been late, like my niece, he would've weighed well over 10 pounds at birth. :Q

We had the 4-d ultrasound too, and it's eerie how much the simulated picture looks like my daughter, even months later. Ain't technology great

we had one of those 3d ultrasounds done and i was totally skeptical. i kept thinking how are they going to get anything 3d looking on a 2d display from completely 2d sources?

then when my daughter was born i couldn't believe how much she looked like the 3d ultrasound.
