I think the only shows I saw on either channels were Voyager, a bit of Enterprise, and the ocassional Smallville.
 
Voyager was the only show I ever watched on UPN. Other than that it was all garbage, should've terminated after it was over.

And what's wrong with the WB? Don't they have Smallville, Supernatural, and other craptastic shows to hold out on?

Shity ratings is what the WB has. They have the lowest viewership out of all the networks, not including PAX.
