Saweet!! Just found out that after this weekend I have to work every day until Dec. 4th!

the experiment I am helping work on had a change of plans, so now this is the last days off i have till Dec 4th...

not all will be full days, some just half (hopefully thanksgiving will be a half day), but we will see

ah the things I will do for a good letter of rec...I best be getting into grad school this year.

My Dad had to work every day for 2 years. Had 3 jobs. Luckily for him he has a good immune system and so doesn't get sick very often, but even when he did he still went in.

and am flexing the friday after each off

At first I thought it said "every other day," the whole time I was thinking how much I hate you because you only have to work about half the week :p

Yes, it was very hard. Got my family on their feet though. My parents were able to buy a house because of it.

Just shows what hard work and dedication can do for you. A lot of people are stuck in holes because they aren't willing to put forth the required effort.

edit: Congrats btw on putting forth that effort :thumbsup:

well i didnt get into the top grad school i wanted last time, and the only thing that I can really improve now is the Letter of rec and personal statement, so its my choice to get where i want, but yes...yes i am

yes weekends too, if it was just the holidays i wouldnt mind too much

Sorry to hear that, sounds like the life I lived at the Collecti...err, I mean, Microsoft...Working 7 days a week blows!!!

And just for your enjoyment, I get Thur. and Fri. off the week of Thanksgiving and then will be taking off the entire next week because I have vacation days that I need to use before the end of the year. ;-)
