When i enter the theater, i was expecting something that would totally kick The Exorcist arse.But i can say i was a bit dissapointed.I wasent as dissapointed as when i saw Red Eye, but, hey it was a free preview i got given, so i shut my mouth and enjoy the show.
You are expecting a horror like movie, but it end up being a trial movie, where a priest have to be judge for stoping medication treatments on Emily, who was treated for being psycho.The movie show you both point of view, about emily either being possesed or just being crazy, and during the movie, you are questioning yourself about if she is really possesed or just psycho.
I was a bit dissapointed maybe because there is too much talks in the movie and not enough "exorcism stuff", but overall i can give this movie about a 7 .5 out of 10.
The first scene where she get possessed give me chill seriously.It was amazing.
It was wayyy better than Exorcist:The Beginning, but didnt even come close to the original/cult movie The Exorcist
