I'm going to make an effort to see them in Chicago. I've listened to Rammstein for years but after they quit touring the US.

No southern concerts? Not even in dallas or houston?

I would like to go see Rammstein, but I am not going to fly 1,000 miles to go see them.

Saw them years ago during a "Pledge of Allegiance" tour with Slipknot and System of a Down. I think my wife still dreams about the ab muscles of the lead singer, Till. He was an olympic swimmer.

Lots of fire...whacky outfits (no giant penis at our show). It was a fun time if you are into that type of music.

I saw them twice back in the late 90's. Great shows. Then I saw them again last year at the Madison Square Garden.. They still put on an awesome show.

I love their music. It's just fun, they don't take themselves too seriously. I'd love to see them live someday. I've seen their live dvd's and they put on a really entertaining, albeit different show. Anyone who likes Rammstein should check out Emigrate as well.

I've seen them twice. Once was in '98 in a tiny little venue opening up for Fear Factory. They came out wearing all black and their whole heads were covered with white pancake makeup. We had no clue WTF they were. It wasn't another 6 months or so later when their self titled album really started gaining steam that we looked back and said...."Oooooh those guys!". It was a very basic show and they just came out and played. Other than their appearance it was entirely forgettable.

The next time I saw them was during the release of Toxicity when they had gained a much larger fan base. It was...ok. Their songs were a little less chaotic, the music was more melodic and less aggressive and just worked better in a stadium.

Overall though...kind of a big...meh? Their style doesn't really play out well live even though it's high energy and they didn't have much of a stage presence other than some video screens. I've seen much better live performers (Metallica can still put on a fucking live show) and better "entertainment"...Rob Zombie and Rammstein are two that come to mind. They were just fun concerts.
