Set was pretty good, but didn't play a lot of their more popular tunes. They didn't play #41 which I usually look forward to. They played "Why I Am" off of the new album...good show all in all, lots of fun!

Set list:
Squirm *
Big Eyed Fish *
Bartender *
Granny *
Shake Me Like a Monkey *
Lying In the Hands of God *
I Did It *
Funny The Way It Is *
Proudest Monkey *
Satellite *
Lie In Our Graves *
Spaceman *
Baby Blue +
Why I Am *
Black Jack *
Ants Marching *

Pretty good setlist. I saw them at The Woodlands on 9/10 . I finally got to hear Grey Street.

I also saw the in Charlotte, NC on 7/21. They put on a good concert.

DMB is an odd group for me, I actually prefer the studio work to the live shows. A rarity for me.

One of the things I like about DMB and Dave in particular is his voice sounds very similar either live or on a studio album. The jams are more improvised of course.

Ive seen DMB 4 times but that was before and during the Before These Crowded Streets album when IMO thwy were good. Ive not liked much since then from DMB. But #41 is my fav song from them all time and i would have been looking forward to that one as well.

My problem is that I'm not a huge jam band fan, so listening to a live extended 15 minute version of a song that ends up just droning on and on and on doesn't really do it for me. The studio versions are a bit more succinct. :p
