Saw a viper race at the dragway.... pfft

Just got back from the racetrack (Miland Dragway) http://www.milandragway.com (site seems to be down right now)

Anyway, well it was a 30 - 40 minute drive for me from Dearborn, MI. I got to a road right by it and to my suprise there was a Red 2001 viper with silver stripes running around in there. I stepped the gas so I could see that baby run. I get inside and I park my car and sat in the blechers. It was the Viper vs. Some old z00ped up car with huge slicks. I was like "asdfshfkjlh the viper's going to take THAT? ahhh" Well.... the light went and there they go. The viper driver SUCKED. He had a late start PLUS he was spinning some in 1st AND 2nd gear. The old car managed to pull off a 10.35 second pass, and the Viper took 13.00 seconds :-\. (In case you didn't know I love the viper so it hurt my eyes to watch )

The late start won't matter, you can sit at the light and have what we call a "Picnic" and the timer won't start.

Don't be sad, Modded cars will always be the king Individual creations are always better then manufacturer ... well if done right

lol i think you ment a honda civic in like afganistan, lol I saw that video. But still in that video also he sucked at driving, spinning the tires will get you no where. He could of had a 11 second pass and put up a fight.

I've seen videos of this van. It's in IGN's hardcore videos section. The van spanks just about anything put up against it. Such a sweet sleeper car
