They are actually really nice looking. I saw one at the airport, some guy carrying it with his suitcase.

I like how small it is

Falcon makes great custom pcs. I have always loved their designs. As someone who builds rigs, I would never buy one. They definitely are cool.

That's a cute little computer that looks like it might pack some punch.
I was surprised at how cheap the base model is. Usually when you get into specialty computers like this the price is just insane.

you think $1500 is cheap for that?

For a custom case with near top of the line components from a boutique computer store? Yeah I'd say that's relatively cheap tbh. Is it worth that much? In terms of hardware probably not but you get the support, they do all the testing, and that is one nice case.

The base model is a GT 640 with a i5-3450 for $1,500.

If you want a GTX 670 and an i7-3770k, actual "near top of the line" components, its over $2,000.

Yes the store is closing down, they have no plans on re-opening from what I know of but the store is still operating currently because they wish to honor any returns that people may have as the physical store will not function anymore, you can't buy anything there but you can swap for similar stock if you bring something back in. They're also offering their computer support for free for a few months before they close it down.

You're right, I thought the base system had a 3570K and a 560 Ti but it doesn't. However you're still paying for a custom built case along with the special PSU and cooling system they have set-up inside to keep the system cool while also maintaining that slim chassis.
