Saw 2 comming out

your serious?

SPOILER!*****************************

you saw the guy on the floor alive the whole time?

/SPOILER**************************************************8

I thought the first one, cheesy, typical horror in some ways. Yet with a decent plot, that had many twists and turns. Just when you think you knew who did it. You don't.

The ending, I never saw it coming.

I'll watch the 2nd one, hope it's as good as the first.

First one sucked and horror sequels always manage to be far worse than the original. Won't go see it, won't rent it, won't download it, will probably watch reruns of "She's the Sheriff" instead when it comes on cable.

Entertainment wise, i considered Saw I very good. Although it was never a movie to win awards, it is still my type of movie.

The movie trailer can be found here.

I think the 2nd version of any film like this is going to be fairly average.

It's not a new idea any more - the whole pull of those films is their freshness.

LOL like the Ring movies these are considered horror?

Now if they showed the guy cutting off his foot with a tree pruning saw with four teeth per inch where it looked like hamburger that would be horror. At this rate the stuff they show on CSI is horror.

Movies like Hellraiser were horror movies. Typical horror flicks have that kind of stuff and (you guessed it) horrible acting. Jason, Halloween, Phantasm, Amityville, etc. come to mind...

Ok enough of the carburetor dung...Saw was ok. The sound was kind of freaky especially in the beginning. Almost as intense as Dawn of the Dead (the 2004 one) but more off the wall (pun intended).

were your suprised by the ending in saw?

*****SPOILER******

The only thing that suprised me was that he was the one lying on the floor the whole time. It was REALLY obvious that he was gonna be the killer, though.

meh, didn't like the first, sure it had a twist ending, but the rest was rather silly. a bit of gore wasn't enough
