saw 13 cop cars in one day

so a couple days ago, while driving around to school and to my practice studio, i saw a total of 12 CHP cars and one sheriff, most of which had people pulled over. i usually see about one a week or less. so i'm thinking "this is odd." then i look at the date. it's quota time!

anyone else notice an increase in police presence around the end of each month?

the last week i have seen a lot of cops....

i would say in the last week somewhere in the lines of 25 cop cars.

in the last week i drove over 1000 miles. Sunday (500 miles) (LA -> Santa Barbara -> Sac) Friday (400 miles) (Sac -> LA)

when i got pulled over for speeding, i saw 5 cop cars around me.

I saw at least 13 police cars at the local shopping center this afternoon. The place was closed off. I guess someone robbed the grocery store before the super bowl.

I once saw 8 people pulled over on the freeway within a 10 mile stretch. It was quite funny. A couple times they were pulled over so close together that the cops could walk over to each other if they wanted.
