Saving Web Site + Links

Anyone know a windows program that will start on an HTML document, a save that page and all links a certain amount of levels? (ist est, specify 3 and it will save three levels from that start point)

IE 5+ will do it...add the page to your favorites, check the box to make the page available offline, click the customize button to the immediate right and follow the bouncing ball from there...
