Saving/transferring Network Connection profiles in XP?

Ok, so I want to transfer over a dial up profile in XP from one computer to another. Problem is I lost the original username/password info that the service provider gave me on a piece of paper. Are these profiles saved on a file somewhere so that I could just transfer the profile?
