Saving Streaming Video

I'm trying to download lectures from online so i can watch them at home, is there a program i can use so that i can download them so that i can burn them on a CD. The lectures are in realplayer's format. Let me know, any help would be great. THanks guys.

there used to be a way involving a program called streambox vcr. but i believe it's illegal now b/c real took action against that software. so now, there is no way of saving streaming real video files.

kinda sucks. i too wish there were a way to save real media files to your hard drive so you don't have to waste bandwidth.

well actually, if you find the right "version" of streambox you can technically still record streaming realmedia feeds.... The legality of it remains in question tho ;)

There's also a program out there asfrecorder, but i belive it can only record asf.
