Saving Real media from the web?

How can I save a Real media file from the web? I'd like to save one of the video links at http://www.mysanantonio.com/news/, but I don't know how to save the file to my local machine.

You might want to check your internet temp folder... I'm not sure if it gets saved there or not, but its worth a try.
