So . . . I just bought a semi-crap Class 4, 8GB micro sdxhc card for $9.99 with a $10 mail-in rebate. It's enormous capacity is only offset by it's slow transfer speeds! Why did I buy it? Because rebate!
I justified this purchase by telling myself I have several non-tech friends with crap phones who could actually put this card to use. I'm old, with old friends. Pity me.
So far, so good (enough.) BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
A pop-up licked its lips provocatively and winked at me. I was putty in its hands. My mother always told me not to hang out with shady pop-up offers, but, Mom, I have needs . . . dirty little ferengi needs.
