Saving Outlook Express Address Book

I've seen this thread. I'm about to reformat my Dad's PC, and he wants the address book backed up, can I just copy the .wab file and put it back after the reformat?
 
To back up your addresses in Outlook Express simply go to File and select Export - address. Then choose Text and Browse to your floppy drive and click save. I believe it save it as .csv file. You also can save outlook settings too, under tools!
