Saving and distributing Windows "Appearance" settings?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to get the Windows "Appearance" settings in a file to use on another computer? I made a color scheme I wanted to send around to other computers and use but I don't know how.

Save your settings as a theme (assuming you're using Windows 95/98 with Plus! or Windows XP). You can email and distribute *.theme file to any computer which has Plus! installed.
