Hey, about a week ago I took this really old moped (honda express) from my freind's garage with the intention to fix it up. About a year ago it worked fine, but once my buddy ran it into a bunch of bushes it never worked nearly as well. After taking it apart, I found out it was the carburator that needed to be replaced. The delima I have is that I found two listings on ebay for the part, one for just the carb, and one for a whole new motor/carb/drivetrain. The bike is a 78, and the motor is for an 80+ that looks like it could fit, and the carb is a 77.

so, any advice???

(pics of the bike are same as the one I have, just not my pics)
