If you get desperate then you can try Snagit or Camtasia in screen capture mode.

Never thought of that. Appreciate the suggestion. How bad a loss of quality am I going to experience? Lets say the video is 720p. If I use Camtasia to capture it what will I end up with?

Have you tried the easiest (and best) option and simply asked the author of the webinar for permission to use an offline copy of the file? It says right at the beginning of the video that the webinar is copyrighted, so saving a copy offline without permission isn't something you should be doing. If you have a legitimate reason to need an offline copy, work it out with the author...

I'm the only one who's going to view it. I don't see why I need ask permission to view it off-line.

I'm running Firefox 4.0.1 and I'm not able to find a plugin that works. The best I can find is VideoCacheView and that doesn't appear to find the file.

Try Videodownload helper Firefox add-in, It will work, I use it all the time.
It works for Flash video or any other audio or video streams.

you can also choose what format you want to save the flash video to. wmv avi etc
