save as not working

we have a computer with Windows XP and MS Office 2002. on my coworker's account, her Word application has "save as" greyed out - meaning that she can't select that. this just started recently. on her account, other MS Office applications such as Excel still gives her the option of "save as".

i have an account on that same computer with the same Office 2002 software. and Word does not grey out the "save as", meaning that i can select it.

so why can't my coworker use her "save as" in Word?
