save all images in a virtual directory.

Is there a program out there that will allow me to save all the files in a virtual directory on a web page? I lost my entire cached (locally saved) copy of my web site and want to redownload everything fresh...but I have somewhere around 5000 images, so right clicking every one and doing a save as would take about 1000 years. Is there a program out there that will allow me to save them all. And no, I don't have FTP access to the site yet, its a long story but its messed up.

ok, dumb question. how do you use web grabber? it says in the readme file to use psiwin? wtf I don't get it, heh.
