He's been loosely described as a wild west cowboy in terms of international affairs, at least I remember him being described as such in the months after 9/11. I don't believe he ever was nor do I take lightly to the implied denigration of real cowboys, but it made for a funny joke for those who are familiar with your P&N posts.
