So I really don't know..... but I feel like it should because its a bluetooth device that should connect with other bluetooth devices especially since there is no restriction according to amazon on which brands and softwares it is compatible with

Only if your PC/laptop is already Bluetooth enabled, and even then I can't say for 100% certainty it'll recognize your headset.

It should work for sure with this Bluetooth USB Adapter, I use it with my Plantronics 510. That price is absurd though, you can get it much cheaper with the headset marketed as Voyager 910, or 920. Not sure if there is a bundle for the headset in this OP though.

There's also numerous USB BT adapters for $20-30, but again, I'm not 100% sure they would work for any headset. I do know the drivers are actually provided by and supported by MS, so they may be universally compatible.

Anyways, I do use my BT headset for exactly what you were asking, TS/Vent and PC voice comms, although this is with a paired headset and USB adapter sold as a bundle.
