I bet you checked the author to see if this was spam. 😉

you don't own a home, do you ?

This is important stuff. Heating bills can cost people up to $500/mo. in the winter.

I have a family of 5 and a 17 yr old water heater. my hot water heater consumes about $18/month worth of natural gas per month, plus fees. If I save 50% a month, it would take approx 2.75 to 9.25 years for me to start seeing a savings over buying a new 50 gallon tank style hot water heater...and that;s not factoring in the improved efficiency of the new 50 gallon unit.

then there's the matter of unknown vs know reliability
I think I'll pass

It's not actually for heating your house... it's for heating your water.

The title should be "save 50% on your gas bill (potentially... not likely)"
