where can i find these drivers(tvout enabled & amd optimized). i am using the ones from diamond but the tv out portion is greyed out.

 
You can try looking at this S3Graphics site. Click on the drivers button along the top and it will take you to a driver download information page(tells you how to log in to download area and gives you the Name and Password).
