Edit: Legitimately now, though, an under $1.00 item makes good legit filler material, if that $15 off $60 online coupon is still any good. I think it was good until the 24th?

Edit: Maybe this is a "Chum" item, that their cost is low on, that they're using as "Bait" to get customers to open Staples' accounts, and get their name out there as an alternative to Amazon and Walmart. Plus, keep their stores open, delivering goods.

Nice to see some basic office stuff this cheap. The only problems is that stuff like this will usually cut you with the metal or some other shoddy workmanship, but I doubt staples will let that fly so it's probably a promo to get people shopping.
