Yeah, kids are bad, but not the worst. Florida & Arizona have the most accidents per capita - what does this tell you? A while back I had a friend whose mother & sister had, between them, a total of about four parked cars and a brick wall on the side of a driveway under their belts. Around that time, my stepsister got into her third or fourth parking lot accident - that was in addition to her road accidents, and god only knows how many parked cars which I didn't hear about... When a 16-25 y/o male does get into an accident though, it is indeed far more likely to be at a high rate of speed and so more serious.

It tells you that drivers in Florida and Arizona suck 😛 At least all the snowbirds are off pestering you guys in the northern states.

I love the requirements for getting a license here. It's basically if you can sign your name and can take the car around the block 1x, you can get a license. No driver's ed or anything like that. I still can't figure out why people get in so many accidents - the roads here are straight and for the most part level.

Let's not leave out the ones who put on their makeup while driving. One nearly hit me head-on a few years back. She was completely on the wrong side of the road - not just a bit, not just creeping over. Was quite a scare, we were both going about 40-45, took years off my life. She, of course, flipped me the bird :disgust:
