I didn't know MapQuest had an aerial photo option...and I cant find it.

find a map of the area you want an aerial photo of then click on the 'aerial photo' tab above the map.

Jackson, MI doesn't seem available on mapquest for aerial, some areas aren't.

try that. I got the URL for it from the mapquest aerial photos.
