Thinking about getting dish network. Does the satellite signal run through the same coaxial cable as my ATT cable? Does running it through a splitter affect the picture quality much?

where u putting the splitter???

u can't split from the dish to recieve, but you can split thereafter... quality will not degrade if it is not long distance.. but it might....


any questions.. just e-mail me... i have had alot of expierece with satelite dish, as i have two in my house with 2 recievers and one of the recievers is split to two t.v.s one tv in one room and the other downstairs, cable's all over the place at first, but fixed after... nice setup till a storm hit and whipped everything, but good thing insurance company came and paid for fixing.. cost them more than 800 just for satelitte dish equipment!
