Not sure if this is a vid card prob or not but hopefully someone will have some insight into what it actually is.
specs:
p43.2 w abit mobo
1.5gb ram
avermedia m150 capture card (OEM)
sapphire 9600 pro
running MCE 2005 and Cat 5.4 drivers
I have the sat receiver going into the tuner card via svhs. Outputting via the 9600 via an dvi to component adapter into hd ready set.
problem is, when i'm watching through my pc, the image at times is very distorted and blurry. it'll happen for 4-6 seconds at a time. The image is stable when it's connected straight to the tv set. Anyone any ideas? Any input is appreciated.
Edit further investigation reveals that it only occurs during scenes that is has a lot of exposure in light or light colored scenes. The darker scenes seems to be fine but once the scene changes to daytime or well lit one, the images starts to get wonky.
