Satellite always Eastern Time Zone

I'm interested in getting either Directv or Dish Network. Do either of them offer Pacifc Time Zone feeds of cable channels?

What channels are you thinking of? Most of them (like SciFi show their shows twice, like on Fridays SG1 is on at 5pm and 8pm, Atlantis is on at 6pm and 9pm. Shows them stop repeating after the 10pm (7pm pacific slot).

Besides, with a pvr it's great as by the time you get home from work you've recorded shows that wouldn't otherwise be on for you yet (at least I like that)
