There's no performance difference between PATA-133 and SATA-150. However, SATA drives use less power, the cables are much neater, and in the future, SATA drives will be able to take advantage of the SATA-150 bus. I recommend going with a SATA drive.
There are no speed enhancements going from PATA to SATA at this point (for recent HD's) because the HD's don't even saturate the PATA bus on modern computers. Sure, the theoretical limits are higher on SATA and SATA2 drives but if the HD's can't even saturate the lower bandwith PATA bus, what makes you think you'll get a speed boost from the higher bandwith SATA bus?
