SATA RAID Questions. *TWO* Seperate SATA RAIDS? POSSIBLE?

Hello,

I have a question. I currently have 4 x 250 GIG Maxtor SATA Hard Drives. I'm considering purchasing 2 x 36 GIG RAPTORS Hard Drives for my OS.

My mobo is a ASUS that has 2 SATA Connections for RAID.

Would it be possible to also use this card including the raid on my MOBO?

This card will also RAID my 4 x 250 GIG Maxtor in a seperate RAID than my RAPTORS.

I will be raiding at stripe 0.

Any help is appreciated.

This should work providing there is sufficient address space for the card's BIOS. Of course if you are not booting off your auxilliary volume, this won't matter.
