Sata Raid Chipset for Mid Level Server

What chipset should I go for in a mid level server where HDD speed isn't a huge issue? (I'll go with 7,200 sata drives)

Not many reviews out there on Raid Cards.

I'm considering one of these:
8506-4LP 3ware 4 drive $342

MegaRaid SATA 150-4 LSI 4 drive $244

MEGARAID SATA 150-6 LSI 6 drive $305

RocketRAID 1820 Highpoint 8 drive $164

FASTTRAK S150 SX4 Promise 4 drive $169

Sorry, the high tech part of the question is why that chipset.
I've put similar posts in general hardware in many forums and nobody knows anything about server level raid chipsets.

This forum's general hardware is pretty good for server stuff.
