Hi I am planning to get a hard drive right now and want it to be future proof.

If I get an SATA II / 3.0Gbps drive will it work with my SATA1 (150) mobo? I know it's not going to work at 3.0Gbps speed but will it work at SATA1 speed?

need help. buying now! 🙂
