SATA question

Hi, how do i make the SATA drives be listed first (i.e. "C:, D:, E:") THEN the optical drives (i.e. "F: and G:")....i've connected the optical drives on the first IDE and the SATA drives are connected to SATA1 and SATA2.

Instead, my comp. right now is like this:
SATA - C: F: G:
Optical - D: E:

I would like it like this:
SATA - C: D: E:
Optical - F: G:

What do i do? How should i connect? Where do i connect?

Comptuer specs:

CPU - A64 3500+ (90nm)
HSF - Zalman 7000B
Mobo - MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum
Video - BFG GeForce 6800 GT
RAM - 2x512mb Corsair XMS PC-3200
HDD - WD 74GB Raptor and Seagte 120GB SATA

If you are running XP, just go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Disk Management. Then you can right click on the drives and rearrange drive letters to your choosing.
