Sata power to 6 pin PCIe

So I have a generic dell optiplex 3050 i5-7500 and i wanted to add a gtx 6gb 1060 to it, would i be able to power it through a SATA power adapter to 6 pin PCIe or would that cause damage to the power supply or my graphics card, and if so how much of a risk is there?

According to this: https://allpinouts.org/pinouts/conn...a-sata-serial-advanced-technology-attachment/, you can get a max of 54 watts from the 12v rail on SATA.

According to this: https://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/geforce-gtx-1060-review,8.html, you need at least 134 watts.

So, I would say, not to use it.
