SATA port locks

And what about the Asus A8N Sli-Deluxe? Does it have SATA locks? I'm currently using SATA ports 1 & 2.
 
Well, i went into bios and was able to lock the PCI to 33.3 instead of Auto. Would this be enough? My bios is 1003.
