SATA or IDE to USB bridge...

Ok. I need something called a bridge board to convert either a SATA or an IDE hard drive to USB 2.0. It would look something like this:

I don't need an IDE to SATA bridge board though... so I'm coming here to see if anyone knows of a place that sells either an IDE to USB or an SATA to USB bridge board. I know they exist...because those USB external enclosures MUST have one inside them...If all else fails, I'll be forced to buy 2 USB external enclosures just to rip them apart for the bridge board inside. I don't want to have to waste that much money just to rip the thing apart. :| :frown:

Cool...I knew they existed! But i forgot to mention that I prefer to have a SATA to USB converter. But I guess I can spend some extra money to get the SATA to IDE bridge board, and then hook the IDE to USB cable up to the bridge board.

I wonder if that setup would mess anything up...😕
