SATA or EIDE???

Wondering if it is worth investing in SATA for my new system....or if EIDE will do me just fine. I've heard mixed reviews on SATA.

You bet... SATA is great. I would expect soon EIDE may be dead or unnecessary. SATA2 is out now and had advanced features like native command queing to speed things up for you under load. If you are wondering about bugs... it works problem free... no different than EIDE... just a slightly different interface method..and nothing too complex about it.
